Frank Richards serves as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of NorthPoint. Prior to founding NorthPoint, Frank served as chief operation officer and member of the board at Intek Information, Inc., a direct marketing and technology services firm that helped Fortune 1000 and global companies acquire, retain, and cross-sell customers.
In March 2000 he successfully assisted in Intek’s IPO. In 1997 Intek acquired ProtoCall, a direct marketing services firm Frank founded in 1992 where he served as chief executive officer. ProtoCall provided direct marketing for financial services and high-technology companies.
Frank was awarded a Rotary Foundation International Scholarship to attend graduate studies at the University of Essex in England. He received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California at Davis.
Frank is a general partner of Double Eagle, LP and Sandy Parr, LLC real estate investment funds. Frank has been an active real estate investor since 1996 and owns 35 properties.
Daniel Worley is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of NorthPoint Financial Corporation. He also serves as co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ready Set Go Direct, Inc., a subsidiary of NorthPoint Financial Group, a direct marketing service agency that specializes in real estate marketing.
From 1998 to 2001, he served as the Managing Director of Berkeley Incubator, LLC, an early stage venture capital firm that focused on commercializing technologies originating at the University of California at Berkeley. He was also a founding partner of Venture Advisors, LLC, a boutique investment banking firm that provided strategic advisory, growth capital, and M&A services to emerging technology companies. Dan served as an active advisor and board member to several technology companies.
From 1989 to 1998 Dan Worley provided private equity, asset management, and mortgage banking origination services to Alameda Mortgage Corporation.
Dan received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Cal State Hayward.

Dan Worley has been an active real estate investor and owns more than 20 properties.
Linda Frye serves as Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of NorthPoint. Linda researches and travels to prospective investment markets; conducts strategic planning with clients; speaks to audiences nationwide on intelligent real estate investing, the advantages of real estate ownership, 1031 exchanges, IRA’s, and more.
Linda has over 25 years experience in the real estate industry. She has been a successful mortgage broker, and has purchased, developed, fixed and sold over 75 investment properties. Prior to NorthPoint, Linda served as president of Cal-State Funding, a mortgage brokerage firm specializing in residential and commercial loans which she successfully formed in 1982
