How do I know where to buy?
Our expert team of realtors and market advisors’ primary objective is to help you find an affordable, yet high-quality home in a high-quality neighborhood. We buy properties in markets where the projected long-term fundamentals support long-term appreciation.
Tour the Market
After your loan has been pre-approved, you will travel to the market that we have helped select as the best investment location. NorthPoint Client Services Group will help you choose a tour date, recommend hotel accommodations, and arrange for transportation on the day of your tour.
While on tour, you are hosted by our real estate partner, as well as a NorthPoint investment strategist to help you make real-time investment evaluations.
We typically tour 10 to 20 properties a day and, together, assess the neighborhood, the home, and the surrounding environment (i.e. proximity to schools, parks, shopping, freeways, and power lines). Once a potential property is identified, we run real-time property comparisons, real-time rental comparisons, and a real-time cash flow analysis using wireless technology that allows us to execute our offers much faster than our competition. This also provides you with a clear projection as to how your investment will perform in terms of cash flow in order to help with your purchase decision.
After carefully analyzing all of these factors and comparing purchase prices and rents, we then present these markets and/or properties to you for your review.
